Polyethylene Oxide (PEO) with molecular weight of 7,000,000 is an ultra-high molecular weight, non-ionic, water-soluble polymer. It is used in controlled-release drug delivery systems, hydrogel formulations and as a rheology modifier. Its extremely high molecular weight provides exceptional viscosity and gel strength at low concentrations.
